What is facial remodeling?

Most sports injuries and mobility loss due to aging do not occur in the muscle fibers or bone structure. The vulnerability is in our soft tissue system. The soft tissue system is the connective tissue, ligaments, tendons, joint capsules etc. Most of the time, injury occurs because we load  ourselves beyond the prepared capacity of our soft tissue system.
